Our 24-hour support to our Hospitality clients includes access to a national call centre. GAAP agents can assist you telephonically or via modem/remote support. For our non GAAP clients we offer the same service with calls logged to our Windhoek office.
All jobs must be logged with the call centre so we can ensure prompt resolution to your queries. In the event of hardware failure or where the helpdesk cannot resolve the issue remotely we offer on site assistance to resolve your issue promptly.
